Clerk: Mrs P Plumridge.
In the absence of the Chair, Cllr Bensley, the Vice Chair opened the meeting, our 129th Annual Parish Meeting.
Councillors present at this meeting attend in their capacity as Parishioners not Councillors.

2. - Minutes of previous meeting held on 10th May, 2023
The minutes of the previous meeting, held in 2023, were moved and signed.
3. Matters Arising
None.
4. Chairmans Report
Chairmans Report was read out. Copy is on file with these minutes.
5. Books laid open.
The books were made available, these were in the form of a spreadsheet that needs to be stuck in to the Receipt and Expenditure book. Clerk unable to do so as Cllr Hibberd has filing cabinet key at present.
