Councillors will be required to confirm if they are alone in the room, although it is not a problem if other people are present it will have to be minuted that they are.

- ii). To approve cheques, signed between meetings, Clerks wages and Wages Bureau & HMRC Paye,(if available) Clerks expenses for year, contribution to NSPCC.
- Ratify provision of new litter picker and hi-vis jacket to volunteer

- Hedge down Fen Lane, still encroaching.
- Planning - N/062/00205/21 – West View House, change of use to outbuilding to provide a craft workshop and tea room with associated parking. - Supported by PC.

- Date and time of next meeting. NALC are lobbying Government to amend suspension of Zoom meetings, which are due to be stopped by 7th May. Any face to face meetings after that date need to be Covid secure. Discuss whether Annual Parish Council meeting should take place before 7th May or wait and see what happens with regard to face to face meetings.
