May 2021 Agenda Annual Parish Council Meeting

There will be a meeting of Grainthorpe Parish Council on Wednesday 26th May 2021.  This will be the Annual Parish Council Meeting and will be held at St. Clements Church at 7.30pm.  This venue is Covid safe.  All attendees will be required to wear a face mask and observe social distancing.

  2. Open meeting for members of the public (if present).
  3. Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.

  5. Nominations for Vice Chair.

  1. To approve and sign any cheques required.
  2. To receive and note the Annual Internal Audit Report;
  3. To approve and sign the Annual Governance Statement;
  4. To approve and sign the Accounting Statements;
  5. To approve and sign the Certificate of Exemption.
  6. To set a commencement date for exercise of public rights.

 

  1.  Date and time of next meeting.  –Annual Parish Meeting for some time in July.  (14th, 21st or 28th)

It is hoped that from July we will be able to meet according to our planned schedule, every other month.
