4. Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
5. Agree and sign Minutes of previous meeting (15.11.2023).
6. Matters Arising
i) Report on outcome of loan of speed camera from Marshchapel (Cllr Bensley);
ii) Austen Fen advisory speed limit now in place;
iii) High Street parking, resident could be interested in purchase of land, any further information (Cllr Hibberd);
iv) Induction courses – were they successful at 2nd attempt? (Cllrs Crabtree & Jackson);
v) Email address (Cllr Nichols).
vi) Free trees.
7. Financial
i) To approve and sign any cheques required;
ii) To approve financial statement submitted;
iii) Set precept, info to be forwarded.
8. Parish Matters.
i) Speed limit info for main road limit of 30 mph;
ii) Info about Footpath 63;
iii) Waste bins;
iv) Elland Close changed to Elland Way.
