There will be a meeting of Grainthorpe Parish Council on Wednesday 9th December, 2020 using the Zoom App at 7.30pm
Any member of the public that wishes to join this meeting need to email the Clerk before Tuesday 8th December at 6:00pm in order to obtain a meeting ID and password.

Councillors will be required to confirm if they are alone in the room, although it is not a problem if other people are present it will have to be minuted that they are.

- Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
- To receive the minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 30th September, 2020.
- Matters Arising
- Councillor Vacancy, has been mentioned in report in Grainthorpe News, do Cllrs want it to go on the web site now?
- Financial
i). To approve financial statement;
ii). To propose to sign 2 cheques, Clerks wages and Wages Bureau & HMRC Paye
iii) To ratify cheques between meetings, £17.00 for Poppy wreath and £21.99 for previous Chair leaving gift.
- Risk Assessment & Standing Orders. To discuss and adopt these, copies having been forwarded to Councillors prior to meeting.
- Eleemosynary Trustees – confirm appointment of two Trustees for further four year term.
- Anglian Water compounds in village. - Cllrs to discuss way forward, AWA have been contacted by PC and jobs raised to tidy and clear both sites. Discuss next course of action.
- Bench in Churchyard, possibility of moving it elsewhere.
- Discussion re: Stapes Garth.
- Planning: between meetings: N/062/01944/20 Land to rear of Paddocks, High Street, commented on.
Pruning to trees with TPO’s in St Clements churchyard not supported since permission has not been sought from PCC.
