4. Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
5. Agree and sign Minutes of previous meeting (9.11.2022)
6. Matters Arising
i) New wildlife notice board artwork is currently with DAB Graphics being prepared.
ii) New village notice board is on order.
7. Financial
i) Clerk confirmed Cllr Bensley is now signatory on current account;
ii) To approve and sign any cheques required;
iii) To approve financial statement submitted;
iv) To discuss and set the precept from figures submitted by Clerk;
8. Parish Matters.
i) Cllrs to assess position for village signs, any further progress made?
ii) Co-option of two new Councillors, anybody shown any interest?
iii) Ragwort – plan of actions for this year.
iv) Discussion regarding Kings coronation celebrations, May 2023.
