There will be a meeting of Grainthorpe Parish Council on Wednesday 12th January, 2022.  This will be an ordinary meeting and will be held in the Chapel Schoolroom at 7.30pm.  All attendees may be required to wear a face mask and observe social distancing.

  3. Report from County Councillor and District Councillor (if present).
  4. Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
  6. Matters Arising.
  1. .Clerk confirmed Millenium Stone and Anvil are insured;
  2. Hedge in Fen Lane, has this now been rectified;
  3. Fen Lane cross road sign, has this been done?
  4. Playing Field sign, anything further to report?
  5. Any further progress on new mower.

  • To approve financial report forwarded to all members by Clerk.
  • Cheques to be signed
  • To discuss and approve precept, provisional info forwarded out to Councillors;
  1. Parish Matters.
  1. The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacons, 2nd June 2022;
  2. One tonne bag of additional salt, to be stored at Gillimans Store, do other grit bins need filling, they will be filled by LCC if less than half full.
  3. State of footpath Mill Lane/High Street, reported to LCC, notified now completed.
  4. Any further progress on village boundary signs.

N/062/02304/21 Land off Poors End. Objections sent in covering numerous points raised by Cllrs.
