There will be a meeting of Grainthorpe Parish Council on Wednesday 9th March, 2022.  This will be an ordinary meeting and will be held in the Chapel Schoolroom at 7.30pm.

  3. Report from County Councillor and District Councillor (if present).
  4. Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.
  5. Minutes of previous meeting.
  6. Matters Arising.
  1. Playing Field Notice Board.  Discuss and approve applying for grant;  Discuss and approve choice of board.  (Clerk & Cllr West)
  2. Any further progress on new mower. (Cllr Drinkel)

  • To approve financial report forwarded to all members by Clerk.
  • Cheques to be signed
  1. Parish Matters.
  1. The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Beacons, 2nd June 2022;
  2. Parish Council involvement in Platinum Jubilee;
  3. Any further progress on village boundary signs.  Councillors were going to look at where these would be sited.
  4. Cllr training for coming year;
  5. Repair to Parish Council Notice Board in centre of village;
