2. Open meeting for members of the public (if present).
3. Clerk to receive declarations of pecuniary or non pecuniary interest on any Agenda item in accordance with Localism Act and the Council’s Code of Conduct and Standing Orders.

5. Matters Arising
i) Playing Field notice board, Clerk has made enquiries regarding quote staying the same and has received assurances it will go up no more than £100. Application for grant has been submitted, decision by 1st October.
ii) Two Cllrs attended training courses.. Cllr Bensley for new councillor course and Cllr Hibberd for meetings. Verbal feedback would be appreciated.
6. Financial
i) To approve and sign any cheques required.
ii) To approve financial statement submitted
iii) To re-adopt Financial Regs (as circulated)
7. Parish Matters.
i) Three extra Jubilee mugs were required for school due to late intake, Clerk obtained three more but could not get same design.
ii) Report on success of Platinum Jubilee.
iii) Cllrs to assess position for village signs, any further progress made?
iv) Repair to Notice Board, any further action?
v) Poor’s End – Ragwort
vi) Co-option of two new Councillors, we have officially been told we can now co-opt after resignations have been notified.
