Minutes of the Grainthorpe Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting held at Grainthorpe Chapel Schoolroom, High Street, Grainthorpe LN11 7JA, on Tuesday 8th August 2024 at 7.00 PM
Present: Councillors: Nicholls (Chairman), Crabtree, Hibberd, Jackson and Warrilow.

Apologies for Absence:
To receive any apologies sent to the Clerk from Members not able to attend the meeting.
RESOLVED: That in accordance with the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960, that public and press be excluded from the meeting for the matters set out below on the grounds that it could involve the likely disclosure of private and confidential information.
Clerk Position:
Members were updated on a recent interview held for the vacant position of Clerk.
RESOLVED: That the position be offered to the applicant at 3.5 hours per week, with an initial bank of up to two full days’ overtime.
